I began my career as an early childhood educator. While teaching, I saw barriers to education that were social, emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical. I saw that body, mind, and spirit had to be in agreement for one to grow. I left the teaching profession to pursue mental health. I believe therapy can be the link that frees people to experience the social, emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical freedom to live and love well.
Though I started practicing Marriage and Family Therapy in 2018, I have been working with the academic, spiritual, and emotional needs of children, youth, and women for over 20 years. Those years working in these different areas of human development have taught me that I love people and that I want to help everyone experience the freedom to live and love well.
